I’m 35 years old and happily married to Karin and proud father of my son Roan and daughters Marinde & Sterre. I live in the province of Fryslân (which will explain my Frisian first names) and owner of Balanced Mind Trainingen and ForSite Media.

Pretty much anything you would like to know about me can be found here on this blog.. except you would have learn how to read Dutch. I do plan to start blogging in English so keep nagging me about it and I might start sooner rather than later.

A company I started to help people advance their skills in a couple of different fields such as Knowledge  Management, Time-Management, Project Management, Communication and NLP.
